Domestic Orders
– Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days (3 × 24 hours) of receiving your order.
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
– Exchanges are limited to size only.
– No refunds or returns are accepted.
– All shipping and delivery fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
– Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
International Orders
– All international orders are final.
– No exchanges, returns, or refunds are accepted for international shipping.
Offline Purchases (Pop-Ups / Events)
– All purchases made at pop-up stores, events, or offline activations are strictly final.
– No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted.
